About Me

I live on a rambling farm in St Ives with my husband Chris and my beautiful twin daughters who are now making their own way in this world. I have a wonderful stepdaughter and two fantastic grandchildren who are the light of our lives.

My elderly mother has Alzheimers and I love to spend time with her in the moments we have together still.

My friends are very important to me and I love to spend time with them.

I’ve spent most of my life in the music business as a singer and been involved with music festivals and many public events.

I love working with people from all walks of life.

I’m funny, sociable and empathic. I love people!

Background

Some years ago I gained my diploma in counselling and worked with many bereaved clients where my interest in helping others through difficult times really developed.

During lockdown sadly many of our friends died and over the past 10 years I have attended so many funerals and also luckily some lovely weddings.

I have sometimes felt the ceremonies seemed staged or unnatural and I wanted to train to become a celebrant who could offer a more natural, handmade, personal touch ensuring that loved ones could celebrate the people dearest to them, sharing their stories and memories with their friends and families.

We are all unique and all have our own likes and dislikes.
